Indoor cylinder heaters cost €99.90 and €159.90, and patio mushroom heaters from €209.90 to €449, with a median of €279.
A gas heater warms a terrace, workshop or room without electricity, but it uses up oxygen and needs ventilation, and for a permanent heating solution, insulation or electric terrace heating on Glatko you can send a request for construction and renovation work or an electrician for free and without an account. In Google Trends for Montenegro, over the 12 months to 28 September 2026, the term plinska grijalica (gas heater) had a low average interest, with a peak in the week of 8 February 2026. So interest is highest in the middle of winter.
On 28 September 2026 Google completed plinska grijalica with na bocu (cylinder), za terasu (for the terrace), crna gora (Montenegro), za šator (for a tent), sa ventilatorom (with a fan), gljiva (mushroom), za kampiranje (for camping) and piramida (pyramid) and with the shop name bauhaus. Gas heaters at Okov
At Okov the searches for plinska grijalica and grijalica na plin returned 7 gas heaters, with a median of €279. The 4200 W Neo indoor heater with a regulator and hose costs €99.90, and the 4200 W Tesy LD 168 D €159.90. Kemper 14 kW patio mushroom heaters cost €279 in black and white, €279.90 in a white version and €319 in stainless steel with a hose and regulator, and the 11 kW Kemper Soleado Fuego Plus €449.
As accessories Okov sells a gas cylinder key for €4.29 and ten 1/2" seals for €1.79. For comparison, a 2 kW Neo infrared heater with IP65 protection costs €79.90, and with a remote control €109, so a terrace can also be heated with electricity.
Gas heaters at KIPS and on Ananas
KIPS had 3 gas heaters, with a median of €209.90. The Maurer patio mushroom heater costs €209.90, another mushroom heater €259, and the Maurer TOP rated 18 to 30 kW, a gas space heater for workshops and building sites, €179.99. A gas cylinder and hose connector costs €3.19, and gas cylinder keys €1.69 and €1.89. On Ananas the searches for plinska grijalica and grijalica na plin returned no gas heaters.
Which gas heater to choose
An indoor cylinder heater holds the cylinder in its casing and has a ceramic burner, and heats a smaller room or a holiday home without electricity. A patio mushroom heater warms a circle around itself outdoors and is not meant for enclosed spaces. A gas space heater warms a workshop, garage or building site with a powerful jet of hot air and needs a constant supply of fresh air. Tent and camping heaters are small and are not designed for sleeping in a closed tent.
A flueless gas heater burns gas in the room, so it uses up oxygen and leaves moisture and combustion gases. Ventilate the room regularly, never sleep with the heater on and do not use it in a bathroom, cellar or bedroom. Choose a heater with flame failure protection and an oxygen sensor, and keep a carbon monoxide detector in the room. Check the hose and regulator now and then with soapy water, replace them when they crack, and close the cylinder when you are not using the heater.

What the EU requires of gas appliances
Regulation (EU) 2016/426 on appliances burning gaseous fuels requires in Annex I, point 1.5, that every appliance comes with installation instructions and instructions for use and servicing and carries appropriate warning notices, which must also appear on the packaging. Point 1.6.3 says the warnings on the appliance and packaging must clearly state the type of gas, the gas supply pressure, the appliance category and any restrictions on use, in particular that the appliance may only be installed where there is sufficient ventilation.
Point 3.4.4 requires that the appliance, when normally used, does not cause a concentration of carbon monoxide or other harmful substances that would endanger the health of people and domestic animals. Montenegro is not an EU member, but a CE mark, the gas type and the ventilation warning on the box and appliance are a sign that the heater is made for the European market.

On 28 September 2026 Glatko had 23 verified providers of construction and renovation work (Podgorica 13, Budva 3, Bar 3, Tivat 2, Kotor 1, Herceg Novi 1) and 8 electricians, in Podgorica 6 and Budva 2.
