We collect the following personal data: full name, email address, phone number, location (city), profile photos, portfolio images, service request details and photos, and communication data between users.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide and improve our services, facilitate communication between customers and professionals, verify professional accounts, send service-related notifications, and ensure platform security. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising data to understand how our service is used, measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, and show you more relevant advertisements.
3. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is retained for up to 30 days for backup purposes, then permanently deleted.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We share your data with trusted third-party service providers only as necessary to operate our platform and never sell your personal data. These include: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and infrastructure), and Google (sign-in services). To measure and improve our service and our advertising, we also use: Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymized usage analytics; Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure ad performance and reach relevant audiences across Facebook and Instagram — this may include sharing hashed identifiers (such as a hashed email) with Meta; and Google Ads to track campaign performance and conversions across Google's networks. These advertising and analytics services are activated only with your consent to the relevant cookie categories, which you can manage at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in our footer or our Cookie Policy.
