Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Glatko platform operated by Glatko DOO, a company registered in Montenegro.
1. Service Description
Glatko operates an online marketplace connecting service requesters ("Customers") with service providers ("Professionals"). Glatko is not a service provider and does not perform any of the services listed on the platform.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate descriptions of their service needs, treat professionals with respect, and make payments directly to professionals as agreed upon.
4. Professional Responsibilities
Professionals must hold valid licenses and permits where required, carry appropriate insurance, deliver services as described, and comply with all applicable laws of Montenegro.
5. Payments
All payments are made directly between Customers and Professionals. Glatko does not process payments or collect commissions at this time. Payment terms are agreed between parties.
6. Intellectual Property
The Glatko name, logo, and platform design are the property of Glatko DOO. Content uploaded by users remains their property, but users grant Glatko a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Glatko acts solely as an intermediary. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Professionals. Glatko's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Montenegrin law.
8. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Budva, Montenegro.
9. Termination
Glatko reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform community.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
