Terrace decking in Montenegro: price of WPC and wood decking per m², substructure and a worked example for a 20 m² terrace (2026)

On 25 September 2026 WPC decking at Okov cost from €16.99 per 4-metre board on sale, which with 1.79 boards per m² comes to €30.34 per m², and at KIPS Wooddeck WPC decking cost €46.79 to €52.99 per m². Treated pine decking at KIPS costs €27.19 per m². For a 20 m² terrace, the boards and fixing kits from Okov come to €801.14, without substructure and labour.

What people search for

On 25 September 2026 Google completed deking (decking) with okov, cijena crna gora (price Montenegro), crna gora (Montenegro), podgorica, cerovo and cena po m2 (price per m²), and wpc deking with crna gora, okov, cena po m2 and ograde (fences). Deking za terasu (terrace decking) came with cijena (price), jysk and deking ploce za terasu (decking tiles for a terrace), and drvena terasa (wooden terrace) with oko bazena (around a pool), na stubovima (on posts) and uz kucu (next to the house). In English and Russian Google offered no suggestions for decking in Montenegro.

WPC decking at Okov

Okov sells WPC boards by the piece and states on each board's page how many are needed per m², so we calculated the price per m² from those figures. We explain how we choose and label price sources in how we measure prices.

The cheapest board at €16.99 is the sale price for teak and anthracite colours; the same board in dark coffee cost €20.90, which is €37.32 per m². The shorter 3-metre board is cheaper per piece but dearer per m², because you need 2.38 of them.

Decking at KIPS

KIPS in Podgorica sells decking per m², and substructure, clips and trims by the piece:

In Podgorica Ćilimara also sells decking, with 11 types from WPC to tropical hardwoods such as ipe and teak, but does not publish prices on its website.

Comparison per m²

Brought down to a price per m², the order is: treated pine from KIPS €27.19, the 4-metre Forestar WPC from Okov on sale €30.34, the same without the sale €37.32, the 3-metre Forestar €37.36, the Forestar 3D €41.93, the Wooddeck 3D from KIPS €46.79 and the Wooddeck co-ex €52.99. For the 21 × 145 mm boards Okov does not state the coverage; by our calculation from the dimensions, with 1.72 boards per m², the €28.76 board comes to about €49.47 per m².

WPC or wood

WPC is a composite of wood flour and plastic: it needs no oil or varnish and does not splinter, but it costs more per m². Treated pine at €27.19 per m² at KIPS is the cheapest, but wood exposed to sun and rain has to be maintained, so count on oil as well, for example 750 ml of Tik Oil for €6.49 at Okov. The 3D label means an embossed wood-grain surface, and co-ex a protective layer over the board's core, which on a double-sided board lets you turn it to the other colour.

Example: a 20 m² terrace

This is our calculation for a 5 × 4 metre terrace at prices from 25 September 2026:

• WPC from Okov on sale: 36 Forestar 4-metre boards at €16.99, €611.64 in total, and five fixing kits for 4 m² each at €37.90, €189.50 in total; €801.14 altogether.
• WPC 3D from KIPS: 20 m² at €46.79, €935.80 in total, plus clips.
• Treated pine from KIPS: 20 m² at €27.19, €543.80 in total, plus oil.

None of the three includes the substructure, because the number of joists depends on the spacing the board maker specifies, or labour, for which we found no published price.

Before laying: the base and the terrace

Decking on a concrete terrace does not replace waterproofing: if water gets through the slab, the waterproofing comes first, and prices are in our guide to waterproofing per m². Who does this on Glatko

On 25 September 2026 Glatko had one verified provider in the flooring category, in Tivat, and there were no requests in that category. A registered provider's invoice goes through the Tax Administration's electronic fiscalisation system.

What to ask before laying

1. Whether the price per m² includes the substructure, clips and trims.
2. At what spacing the joists go and how they are fixed to the base.
3. How drainage and the terrace's slope are handled.
4. How much waste the cutting of boards for your terrace produces.
5. How long the warranty lasts on the boards and on the work.

What we did not measure

We found no published price per m² for laying decking from any installer in Montenegro. We calculated Okov's price per m² from the coverage the shop gives. We did not check how long individual brands last, and we could not compare JYSK's and Ćilimara's range because decking prices were not available.
