Pressure Washers in Montenegro: Kärcher K2 to K7 Prices at Okov and KIPS, Stihl and Lavor, Running Costs and Noise (2026)

A Kärcher pressure washer in Montenegro on 26 September 2026 costs from €79.99 for the K2 Universal at KIPS to €699.90 for the K7 Comfort Premium at Okov, and the same model can differ by up to €99.91 between the two shops: the K4 Power Control Flex costs €269.99 at KIPS and €359.90 at Okov. The Stihl RE 80 is on sale at Okov for €102.46. By our calculation, an hour of washing with a K5, which uses 500 litres of water an hour, costs about €0.64 in water and electricity.

People look for the price of a specific model, so we compared the same models in two shops.

Kärcher K2 to K7 at Okov and KIPS

Okov and KIPS both sell Kärcher's home K series. How we choose and label price sources is explained in how we measure prices.

The gap for the same model is largest on the K4 and K5 Power Control Flex, €89.91 and €99.91, because KIPS had a sale on the day we read the prices. On the K3 Power Control the difference is only €0.90.

Pressure, flow and output

KIPS lists technical data on its model pages, which are worth comparing before buying:

A bigger model does not just clean harder, it also uses more water: a K5 uses 140 litres more an hour than a K2.

Other brands

For businesses and large areas, KIPS and Okov also sell professional Kärcher HD washers, from €719.99 for the HD 5/15 C Plus on sale at KIPS to €4,799 for the hot-water HDS 8/18-4 C.

What an hour of washing costs

This is our own calculation for the K5 Power Control Flex, at Podgorica water utility's price of €0.8009 per m³ from our guide to the water meter and connection and EPCG's higher-tariff electricity price of 11.5462 cents per kWh:

• Water: 500 l = 0.5 m³ × €0.8009 = €0.40.
• Electricity: 2.1 kW × 1 h = 2.1 kWh × €0.115462 = €0.24.
• Total: about €0.64 an hour, without VAT and fixed monthly charges.

At the output of 40 m² an hour that KIPS gives for the K5, that is roughly a 40 m² terrace for one hour of work.

Noise in the yard

The new Law on Environmental Noise Protection was published in Official Gazette 117/2026. According to an overview published by Fijaka and checked for legal accuracy by RoNa Legal, the law does not apply to household noise, and quiet hours in a building and yard are set by each municipality in its house-rules decision; in Bar, for example, they run from 15 to 17 h and from 22 to 6 h. What to check before buying

1. The price of the same model in two shops, because the gap can be €99.91.
2. Pressure in bar and flow in litres per hour, not just the power in watts.
3. The hose length and whether a patio brush is included.
4. Whether the model is cordless, if there is no socket nearby.
5. Warranty and service in Montenegro.

We copied prices from three shops on the day we read them and compared the same Kärcher models ourselves; technical data come from the KIPS model pages. The cost of an hour of use is our own calculation at water and electricity prices from our guides, without VAT and fixed charges. We did not measure the price of a pressure-washing service, as we found none published, nor the measured noise of individual models.
