The Einhell GP-LB 18/200 costs €119.90, and the Bosch ALB 36 LI with a battery €320.
The petrol Stihl BG 50 of 27.2 cm³ costs €230.71 instead of €256, the BG 56 €359, the BG 86 €409.90, and the BR 700 backpack €969. The Gardens Best GB 2600 LS blower vacuum of 2600 W with a 40 l bag costs €64.90, an 18 V Graphite €59.90, the Einhell Venturo €149.90, and the petrol Stihl SH 86 €402.96 instead of €469.

Petrol ones cost €166 for Nakayama, €224.32 for Farm by Würth and €249 for the 63 cm³ BL6005.
Which blower to choose
A cordless blower is quiet, light and enough for a terrace, a path and a smaller yard, but it is often sold without battery and charger, so add those to the price or choose a model that takes the same battery as a tool you already own. A corded electric blower is the cheapest and strong, but the cable limits movement. A petrol blower is the most powerful and suits a large yard or plot, but it is loud and needs fuel mix and maintenance.

What the EU sets for hand-held petrol engines
In Article 4(1)(3), Regulation (EU) 2016/1628 on engines for non-road mobile machinery places hand-held petrol engines with a power below 19 kW, intended exclusively for hand-held machinery, in category NRSh. Under Annex I engines with a swept volume below 50 cm³ fall into sub-category NRSh-v-1a, and under Annex II their Stage V emission limit is 805 g/kWh of carbon monoxide and 50 g/kWh of hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides combined.
Montenegro is not an EU member, but a 27.2 cm³ petrol blower such as the Stihl BG 50 falls precisely into this sub-category. If noise and the smell of exhaust bother you and the yard is not large, a cordless blower is the better choice, and with a petrol one wear ear protection.
