Cleaning a flat after building work in Montenegro costs €3 to €6 per m² on the price list of Keyfin Cleaning in Herceg Novi, updated on 20 July 2026, with 30% more for heavy soiling. Cleaning Montenegro on the coast publishes prices by flat size: from €80 for a flat up to 40 m² to €320 for a flat up to 200 m², plus a call-out fee of €0 to €30. For a 60 m² flat that is €110 to €360, depending on the company.

Published prices per m²

On this price list, cleaning after renovation is in the same range as turnkey general cleaning, but more than four times the bottom of the maintenance range: €3 against €0.70 per m². Ask in advance whether the 30% heavy-soiling coefficient applies to your flat, because it raises the price to €3.90 to €7.80 per m².

Prices by flat size

Cleaning Montenegro, which works in Budva, Kotor, Tivat, Bar and other coastal towns, publishes fixed prices by floor area in a listing on the Poleznoe.me portal. The listing has no date, so we cite it as read on 25 September 2026.

Cleaning after renovation costs about 1.5 times as much as general cleaning of the same flat. Dividing the price by the upper limit of each band, cleaning after renovation comes to €2 per m² for a flat up to 40 m² and €1.60 per m² for a flat up to 200 m². The call-out is charged separately: €20 for Budva, Podgorica and Ulcinj, €30 for Tivat, Kotor and Herceg Novi, and nothing in Bar.

Example: a 60 m² flat

This is our calculation from the published prices, for a 60 m² flat after renovation:

• Keyfin Cleaning: 60 m² at €3 to €6 is €180 to €360, and with the 30% heavy-soiling coefficient €234 to €468.
• Cleaning Montenegro: the band up to 60 m² is €110, with the call-out €130 in Budva and Podgorica, €140 in Tivat, Kotor and Herceg Novi and €110 in Bar.

The difference is large because one company charges per m² and the other a fixed price per band, and because we do not know whether both job descriptions cover the same work. So ask exactly what the price includes.

Window cleaning after building work

Keyfin Cleaning charges for window cleaning per m² of glass, for one side:

• ordinary window cleaning: €2 to €4 per m²,
• window cleaning after renovation: €4 to €6 per m²,
• removing stickers: €10 per m².

For 10 m² of glass, on one side, cleaning after renovation would cost €40 to €60. In its description of cleaning after renovation, Cleaning Montenegro lists washing window sills, pipes and radiators, but does not mention washing window glass.

What is included and what is not

According to Cleaning Montenegro's description, cleaning after renovation covers vacuuming dust from walls, floors and doors, removing traces of cement and grout from tiles, washing sanitary ware, wiping appliances inside and out and collecting small debris. Keyfin Cleaning charges extra jobs separately: cleaning a fridge from €10, an oven from €30, a cooker hood from €10, a shower cabin from €20 and blinds from €5 per m².

Who does this work on Glatko

On 25 September 2026 Glatko had two verified professionals in the post-construction cleaning category, in Bar and Budva, and both also do window cleaning. 1. Whether the price is per m² or per flat and which area is counted.
2. Whether the heavy-soiling coefficient applies and when.
3. Whether windows are included and on which side.
4. Whether the call-out is included in the price.
5. Who brings the products and equipment and whether small debris is taken away.

What we did not measure

We read prices from two companies, in Herceg Novi and on the coast; for Podgorica and the north we found no published price list for cleaning after building work. We did not check the quality of the work or how many hours it takes to clean a flat of a given size. The Cleaning Montenegro listing is undated, so we do not know how old its prices are.
