Air Purifiers in Montenegro: Prices of Air Purifiers and HEPA Filters at KIPS, Okov and on Ananas, and the Same Xiaomi at Three Sellers (2026)

On 26 September 2026 an air purifier in Montenegro costs from €99 for the Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Compact on Ananas, and the median of 25 purifiers on Ananas is €170. The most expensive, the Zepter Therapy Air Smart, costs €841.50. The same Xiaomi 4 Compact costs €99 at one seller, €130.80 at another and €170 at a third, and a replacement HEPA filter starts at €18.90.

What people search for

On 26 September 2026 Google completed preciscivac vazduha (air purifier) with crna gora, okov, tehnoplus, tehnomax, temaso, beko, xiaomi and iskustva (experiences). We did not get usable Google Trends data for this term for Montenegro, so we rely on the search suggestions: people are looking for a specific shop, the Xiaomi brand and user experiences.

Purifier prices

On the marketplace Ananas a search for air purifier gives 54 results, of which 25 are purifiers and the rest filters, humidifiers and dehumidifiers. How we choose and label price sources is explained in how we measure prices.

• Up to €150: Xiaomi 4 Compact €99, Xiaomi Pet Care €109.90, Bosch Air 500 €110.50, Whirlpool AP330W €114.75, Bosch Air 1000 €129.20, Xiaomi 4 Lite €139, Bosch Air 2000 from €139.99.

At Okov the Rowenta Pure Air Compact costs €119.90, the Sencor SHA 6400WH €124.90 and the Rowenta Pure Air City €199.91 instead of €299. At KIPS the Rowenta PU2840F0 is €264.99.

Of the 25 purifiers on Ananas, nine are Xiaomi, six Bosch, three Dyson and two each Zepter and Electrolux. Tehno Plus sells the most, 13, followed by the Xiaomi seller with six and ANANAS SHOP with three. For larger rooms makers state the airflow: the Xiaomi Max listing gives a CADR of 1005 m³/h and an area of 63 to 108 m². Same model and same filter, different price

We found two purifiers and three filters at two or three sellers on Ananas. For Xiaomi the lowest price is at the Xiaomi seller.

For the same Xiaomi 4 Compact the gap is €71, and the filter for the Xiaomi Purifier 4 costs almost twice as much at one seller as at another. Because the filter is changed regularly, that gap repeats every year.

Filters and yearly cost

Replacement filters on Ananas cost from €18.90 for a Xiaomi antibacterial filter, through €31.99 for the Bosch Air Filter 2000 and €44.99 for the Air Filter 4000, to €74.99 for the Air Filter 6000 and €81.90 for a filter for the Samsung AX47R9080SS. At Okov a Rowenta 2-in-1 carbon filter costs €31.90 and a 3-in-1 filter for the Pure Air City €45.90.

By our calculation, if you change the filter once a year, the Bosch Air 2000 for €139.99 and a filter for €31.99 cost about €171.98 in the first year, and about €31.99 plus electricity every year after. A more expensive appliance also has a more expensive filter: the Bosch Air 6000 for €439.99 and the Air Filter 6000 for €74.99 cost about €514.98 in the first year. So before buying, compare the price of the appliance and filter together, not just the appliance. How often to change the filter is stated in the manual and depends on how polluted the air is and how many hours the appliance runs.

Air pollution

According to the World Health Organization fact sheet on ambient air quality, in 2019 99% of the world's population lived in places where the WHO guideline levels were not met. On 26 September 2026 Glatko had one verified air conditioner deep cleaning provider from Bar and four verified home cleaning providers, two from Budva and one each from Bar and Podgorica.

What to check before buying

1. The room area the purifier is designed for.
2. The airflow, which makers state as CADR in m³/h.
3. The price and availability of the replacement filter for that model.
4. The noise at the lowest speed, if it runs in a bedroom.
5. The price of the same model at several sellers.

How we measured and what we did not measure

We copied prices from Ananas, Okov and KIPS on the day we read them, including prices before discount where shown; the median, comparisons and calculation are ours. We did not measure airflow, noise or filter efficiency, and we left filters, humidifiers and dehumidifiers out of the median.
