Greenhouses in Montenegro: Prices of Garden Greenhouses, Film and Fleece, and Agrobudget 2026 Support

A 2x2x2 m garden tunnel greenhouse cost €92 at Ananas on 26 September 2026, a 3x2x2 m one €100 and a 6x3x2 m one €240 to €248, while a 130x60 cm mini greenhouse cost €21 at Datika. A replacement cover for a 3x2x2 m greenhouse was €89, and 2x10 m fleece at KIPS €6.60. For production greenhouses, Agrobudget 2026 refunds up to 60% of an eligible investment of at most €10,000, that is up to €6,000.

What people search for

On 26 September 2026 Google completed plastenik (greenhouse) with crna gora (Montenegro), cena and cijena (price), uradi sam (DIY), na prodaju (for sale), prodaja (sale) and konstrukcija (frame), and plastenik cijena (greenhouse price) with po m2 (per m²), crna gora, plastenik 10x5 cijena and plastenik polikarbonat cijena (polycarbonate greenhouse price). With plastenici crna gora (greenhouses Montenegro) it offered cijena, prodaja crna gora and polovni plastenici crna gora (used greenhouses Montenegro), and with folija za plastenike (greenhouse film) cena, 180 mikrona, 200 mikrona and cena po m2. In English it offered only greenhouse montenegro, and in Russian nothing.

Garden greenhouses

The widest choice of garden greenhouses with prices was at Ananas, where all tunnels were on sale. How we choose and label price sources is explained in how we measure prices.

Per m² a larger greenhouse is cheaper: a 6x3 m tunnel for €240 comes to €13.33 per m², and a 2x2 m tunnel for €92 about €23 per m². The more expensive 3x2x2 m tunnel, ModernHome for €191.25, lists a metal frame, multi-season white film and two doors.

Film, fleece and accessories

Greenhouse film is also sold separately as a replacement cover, and fleece, a light plant cover, in pieces and rolls. KIPS sells PE film by the metre and 17 g/m² fleece:

A larger production greenhouse

We found no published price lists for production greenhouses in Montenegro. On AutoDiler, an ad from 16 February 2023 offered a used 400 m² greenhouse, 10x40 m and built in 2019, for €3,200, which is €8 per m². According to instructions published by seljak.me, the Ministry of Agriculture distributed 2,500 greenhouses of 50 m² each in an earlier measure: the kit had 12 composite rods, an 8x14 m plastic sheet and clips, and the recommended size was 6x8 m. Under the same instructions, the arches are pushed about 40 cm into the ground, one metre apart, and the sheet is laid in a 30 to 40 cm deep trench on the outside and covered with soil, which tensions it.

Agrobudget 2026 support

Agrobudget 2026, adopted by the Government on 14 April 2026, supports investment in greenhouse production under measure 14.1, component IV: frame, film or plastic sheeting, irrigation and misting, shade netting, agrotextile and fleece. The maximum eligible investment is €10,000, and the basic support up to 60%, that is up to €6,000. Producers entered in the organic production register by 31 December 2025 and women heading a farm each get 10% more. The farm must be in the Register of Agricultural Holdings, the application goes to the Payments Agency under a public call by 30 October at the latest, and the Agency must approve greenhouse investments before construction. The money is refunded after the investment, against an invoice and proof of payment through a bank or a fiscal receipt in the applicant's name, issued through the electronic fiscalisation system. This is our calculation using the prices in the tables and the Agrobudget rules:

• Garden greenhouse for tomatoes and peppers: a 3x2x2 m tunnel €100, 2x10 m fleece €6.60 and pegs €2.10, €108.70 in total.
• The same, with drip irrigation: add a 50 m emitter hose for €19.99, as we write in our guide to irrigation, €128.69 in total.
• Production greenhouse with Agrobudget: for an eligible investment of €10,000 the basic support is €6,000, and with one of the 10% bonuses €7,000.

What to ask before buying

1. What the frame is made of and what the tube diameter is.
2. How thick the film is and whether it has UV protection.
3. How the greenhouse is anchored to the ground against wind.
4. Whether doors and vents are included.
5. Whether the seller issues an invoice and fiscal receipt in your name, if you apply for support.

What we did not measure

We found no published per-m² prices for production greenhouses from Montenegrin makers, so for larger greenhouses we cite only a 2023 ad. Garden greenhouse prices are sale prices from one day, and we did not check the durability of film and frames.
