An 18 cm perlon roller for thick paint costs €2.79, an 18 cm set with a spare sleeve €4.69, a 25 cm facade roller with handle €6.29, and the green-line roller with a 200 cm telescopic handle €12.99. 25 cm sleeves cost from €3.29 for texalon to €4.89 for microline pro, and a sleeve for applying skim coat €9.99.
Small rollers for radiators and varnish cost from €2.29 for an 11 cm foam roller with handle to €2.79 for a 15 cm roller. Schuller flat brushes cost from €0.49 for 1 inch to €1.89 for 3 inches, and a 25 cm roller frame €1.79.

At KIPS the search for valjak returned Ciret tools. On Ananas the search for valjak za krečenje returned only 4 items: Tolsen rollers with handle for €1.13 and €2.66 and two Total items at €1.99 each.
Which roller for which paint
For interior walls with emulsion paint take a 25 cm roller with medium pile, and for smooth walls and the final coat short pile and microfibre, because it splatters less and leaves a finer finish. Long pile and a facade roller carry more paint onto rough render and facades. For varnish and oil paint on doors and radiators use small velour, felt or foam rollers and a flat brush.
A tray or a grid in the bucket removes excess paint, so the roller does not drip or splatter. A telescopic handle saves a ladder on ceilings. Before first use, rinse a new roller or run it over sticky tape to remove loose fibres, and after painting wash it in water until the water runs clear. What the EU requires for the ecolabel on wall paint
Commission Decision 2014/312/EU on the EU Ecolabel criteria for indoor and outdoor paints and varnishes requires in criterion 1(b) that indoor wall and ceiling paints achieve class 1 or 2 for wet scrub resistance, and in criterion 3(a) that white and light-coloured indoor wall paints cover at least 8 m² per litre.
Montenegro is not an EU member, but an ecolabel on the tin is a useful sign here too: paint that covers more square metres per litre and withstands washing needs fewer coats, and the roller less work. Compare on the tin how many square metres a litre covers and the washability class before you buy.

We did not count gate rollers, locks, cleaning brushes or wire brushes, and at Okov the search showed only the first page of results. We calculated the overall median for all types together and counted packs of two as one item. We did not measure how much a roller splatters or how much paint it carries.
