On 28 September 2026 a džezva, the long-handled pot for Turkish-style coffee, costs from €5.09 for a stainless steel pot on Ananas to €24.90 for a Korkmaz set of three at Okov, and the 50 classic pots in the three shops have a median of about €9.50. An electric džezva costs from €14.99 at KIPS to €32.99. An electric coffee grinder costs from €18.70, and the same Sencor SCG 3050SS costs €23.90 at Okov and €22.10 on Ananas.

Pots at Okov

At Okov the search for dzezva returned 18 pots. Classic Metalac Hello beautiful pots cost €8.99 for 4 cups, €10.99 for 7 and €16.99 for 12, and the Rapsody for 12 €14.49 instead of €16.99. Korkmaz Orbit and Classic for two cups cost €7.99, the Orbit for four €10.99, and the Tombik set of three pots €24.90. Tognana Grancucina costs from €6.49 for 440 ml to €15.99 for 1.2 l, a 0.4 l pot €5.89 and €7.19, and a Tognana with three cups €14.99. The electric Bauer of 500 ml costs €17.99. The median of the 17 classic pots is €9.99.

Pots at KIPS and on Ananas

At KIPS the search for džezva returned 16 results. The Metalac Vilin konjic for 4 cups costs €7.99, a red one for two €8.49, and one for 12 €19.49. The Metalac Divan dan costs €11.49 for four and €13.49 for seven. Electric ones cost €14.99 for the Vivax CM-100B, €26.49 for the First FA-5450-5 and €32.99 for the Gorenje TCM350W. The median of the 13 classic ones is €10.49.

On Ananas stainless steel pots cost €5.09 for 450 ml, €6.19 for 650 ml, €7.29 for 800 ml and €8.09 for 1000 ml. Metalac pots cost from €6.92 to €11.42, the Lamart LT7086 €7.50 at one seller and €8.50 at another, and the Fg Haus €9. The electric First FA-5450-4 and FA-5450-3 cost €20.40 and €22.95.

Coffee grinders

At Okov the search for mlin za kafu returned seven electric grinders: the Sencor SCG 1050WH and SCG 1050BK at €19.90 each, the SCG 2051BK and SCG 3050SS at €23.90 each, the SCG 2050RD €24.90, the Krups GVX 2 €67.90 and the WMF Stelio €89.90. At KIPS the only coffee grinder is the Tefal GT110838 at €33.89, the rest being salt, meat and tomato mills.

On Ananas 18 grinders cost from €18.70 to €67.15, with a median of €23.99. The Sencor SCG 1050BK costs €18.70, the SCG 1050WH €18.99, the Gorenje SMK150WI €22.50, the Bosch TSM6A011W and TSM6A013B €23.99 each, and the Beper BP.580 with 15 grind levels €67.15.

The same model at two sellers

The same Sencor grinders are cheaper on Ananas than at Okov: the SCG 1050BK €18.70 against €19.90, the SCG 1050WH €18.99 against €19.90, and the SCG 3050SS €22.10 against €23.90. The Metalac Divan dan for four costs €9.44 on Ananas and €11.49 at KIPS, and for seven €11.42 against €13.49, which is €2.05 and €2.07 more at KIPS.

Hazardous substances in small appliances under EU rules

In Article 4, Directive 2011/65/EU on the restriction of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment requires equipment on the market, including cables and spare parts, not to contain the substances in Annex II above the permitted values. Annex II lists lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBB and PBDE up to 0.1 % and cadmium up to 0.01 % by weight of homogeneous material.

This applies to electric grinders and electric pots, not to classic stovetop pots. Montenegro is not an EU member, but on a grinder bought here check the CE mark and the instructions in Montenegrin or Serbian.

1. The pot capacity in cups or millilitres.
2. The base: for an induction hob it must attract a magnet.
3. The material: enamel, stainless steel or aluminium.
4. The grinder power and whether it also grinds spices.
5. The price of the same model at another seller.

How we measured and what we did not measure

We copied prices from Okov, KIPS and Ananas on the day we read them, with the pre-discount price where shown; the medians and model comparison are ours. From the results we removed salt, meat and tomato mills, spare parts, coffee machines, kettles and teapots. We did not check which pots work on induction, nor did we measure grind fineness.
