Paragliding, Parasailing and Jet Ski in Budva: Prices, Duration and Rules (2026)

A tandem paragliding flight from Brajići above Budva costs €109 per person at GO2FLY for a 15-minute flight, or €100 when paying in cash, and €150 for a 30-minute flight, while on the Manawa platform other operators offer a flight from €115 and from €145. Parasailing behind a boat costs about €50 per person in tandem, and a jet ski €40 to €50 for 15 minutes and €70 to €90 for 30 minutes, according to Budva Directory from April 2026.

What people search for

On 25 September 2026, Google completed paragliding budva with cena (price), cijena (price), price, cost and tandem flight, parasailing budva with cena and price, and jet ski budva with cena, cijena, price, rent and jet ski skola budva (jet ski school Budva). With paragliding and parasailing Google also suggested queries about accidents, so safety is part of the decision. In Russian people search параплан будва and парасейлинг будва цена. In Google Trends for Montenegro, jet ski has measurable interest from June to August, paragliding only occasionally in summer, and parasailing is below the threshold.

Tandem paragliding from Brajići

GO2FLY takes off from Brajići, 770 metres above sea level above Budva, and publishes prices with flight times. How we choose and label price sources is explained in how we measure prices.

GO2FLY includes transport from Budva and Bečići to the take-off point and back, plus photos and video from the camera during the flight. The landing is, according to budva-paragliding.me, usually near Bečići, and the flight depends on the wind and the pilot's decision, so it cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Parasailing behind a boat

Parasailing is not the same as paragliding: a boat tows the canopy, and you take off from and land on the boat. According to Budva Directory, from April 2026, a tandem flight for two costs about €50 per person, sometimes €40 per person for a pair, and a solo flight at some operators €60 to €70. The Wevo Travel portal gives a 15-minute flight and a 1-hour boat trip in total for the centre on Slovenska Beach.

The sources give different heights: up to 400 metres for the centre on Slovenska Beach, and 80 to 100 metres according to Budva Directory, so ask on the spot. Parasailing depends on wind and waves, and Budva Directory recommends morning slots, before the afternoon breeze.

Jet ski on Budva's beaches

Jet skis are rented on Slovenska Beach, in Bečići and at Jaz, according to Budva Directory from June to September:

The centre on Slovenska Beach describes the jet ski ride as about 30 minutes under an instructor's supervision, and also offers a tube ride of about 10 minutes and wakesurfing behind a boat.

Do you need a licence for a jet ski

Budva Directory writes that no licence is needed for a jet ski, but Fijaka, in its guide to boat licences, explains under the Maritime Navigation Safety Act that a personal watercraft with up to three seats is operated by a person holding a boat operator certificate or a motorman authorisation, and that speedboats and jet skis are banned at bathing beaches. So before the ride, ask who formally operates the jet ski, whether an instructor goes with you and whether the ride is insured. For operating a boat without a certificate Fijaka gives a fine of €500 to €2,000 for an individual.

Comparison per minute

This is our calculation at the lowest published prices from the tables:

• Paragliding, 15 minutes for €109: about €7.27 per minute of flight, with transport and video.
• Paragliding, 30 minutes for €150: €5.00 per minute.
• Parasailing, €50 for about 15 minutes: about €3.33 per minute per person.
• Jet ski, €70 for 30 minutes: about €2.33 per minute, and at €90 €3.00.

A longer paragliding flight is cheaper per minute than a short one, and the jet ski is the cheapest per minute, but you pay for the whole vehicle, not for a seat on a flight.

Age, weight and weather

The offers on Manawa take children from age 7, and for parasailing for two or three people the combined weight is often a limit. All three activities depend on the weather, so operators cancel slots in strong wind or waves. Who does this on Glatko

On 25 September 2026, Glatko had one verified provider in tours and experiences, from Kotor, for city tours, and no requests. The invoice of a registered organiser goes through the Tax Administration's electronic fiscalisation system.

What to ask the operator

1. How long the flight or ride lasts, and how long the whole activity takes.
2. What is included: transport, photos, video and equipment.
3. Who operates the jet ski and whether they hold a boat operator certificate.
4. Whether passengers are insured and what applies if the slot is cancelled for weather.
5. What the limits are on age and weight.

What we did not measure

Paragliding prices come from operator pages and the Manawa platform, and parasailing and jet ski prices from the Budva Directory and Home Finder 247 guides, not from the beach kiosks. We did not check operator licences or seasonal discounts, and prices change over the summer.
