Chests of Drawers in Montenegro: Prices at JYSK, KIPS, Okov and on Ananas, 50 % Discounts, the Same Forma Ideale Models and EU Rules for Online Sales (2026)
On 27 September 2026 a chest of drawers at JYSK costs from €70 for the discounted Jenslev to €750 for the Olde, with a median of €170 across 43 models. At KIPS, Forma Ideale chests cost from €72.99 to €271.79, with a median of €136.30, and at Okov from €79.90 to €259. On Ananas 181 chests of drawers cost from €59 to €715.86, with a median of €165.90.

What people search for
In Google Trends for Montenegro over the last 12 months, the term komoda (chest of drawers), compared with usisivac (vacuum cleaner), had an average of 6 and a value in ten weeks, peaking at 35 in the weeks from 4 January, 19 April and 6 September 2026, and Trends listed komoda sa fiokama (chest of drawers) as a rising query. On 27 September 2026 Google completed komoda sa fiokama with namos, crna gora, forma ideale, ikea, jysk, kupujemprodajem (a classifieds site), matis, za bebe (for babies) and vitorog. So people look for shops, second-hand chests and chests for babies.

Chests of drawers at JYSK
At JYSK six chests of drawers were 50 % off. The Jenslev with four drawers and a door costs €70 instead of €140, the four-drawer Jenslev €75 instead of €150, and the eight-drawer Jenslev €120 instead of €240. The three-drawer Vedde costs €115 instead of €230, and the five-drawer one €125 instead of €250.
The four-drawer Tange costs €100, the three-drawer Tapdrup €120, the narrow five-drawer Tapdrup €140 and the wide one €170. The four-drawer Limfjorden costs €180 in five colours, and the six-drawer one €250. The three-drawer Billund costs €170, the Odense €230, and the Markskel from €320 to €350. The most expensive are the Hage with two drawers and two doors at €500 and the six-drawer Olde at €750.
Chests of drawers at KIPS and Okov
At KIPS the search returned 32 chests, almost all Forma Ideale, and 22 had a price. The 77 cm Almond costs from €72.99 to €88.99, the five-drawer Duero €95.75 at 45 cm wide and €144.19 at 90 cm. The Etna with two doors and two drawers costs €128.40, and with three doors and three drawers €175.39, the Bretagna €205.70, and the most expensive, the Darwen, €271.79.
Okov had nine chests. The 40 cm Atmosphera Colva costs €79.90 and the 100 cm one €159.90, the two-drawer 5five Tasso €99, and the five-drawer Atmosphera Charme €169. The three-drawer Bizzotto Clarisse costs €159, and the five-drawer one €259.
Chests of drawers on Ananas
On Ananas the search returned 1,902 results, and among the 381 we read there were 181 chests of drawers. ANANAS SHOP sells 159, mostly Hanah Home, and RAMOND 14. The cheapest is the Decorotika Anna at €59, and a 75x35x150 cm Nordure chest costs €64.30. The 100x83x28 cm Hanah Home Cleopatra costs €325.10, the Simona €361.90, and the RAMOND V2ks living room chest €715.86. Baby chests of drawers cost €189 for the Lettino Luna and €235.99 for the Bambino Teddy.
Same model, two shops
The same Forma Ideale models are sold at KIPS and by the seller RAMOND on Ananas, and each was cheaper on Ananas. The five-drawer 90 cm Duero costs €144.19 at KIPS and €140.55 on Ananas, a difference of €3.64. The Duero with three doors and two drawers costs €155.29 against €149.28, a difference of €6.01, and the Etna with three doors and three drawers €175.39 against €170.24, a difference of €5.15.
Price and calculation
By our calculation, the median at JYSK is €33.70 higher than at KIPS and €4.10 higher than on Ananas. The discounted eight-drawer Jenslev at €120 is €60 cheaper than the four-drawer Limfjorden. For €250 at JYSK you get a six-drawer Limfjorden or Billund, and the five-drawer Tapdrup is €30 cheaper in the narrow version than in the wide one. What the EU requires of online sales
Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety applies from 13 December 2024. Under Article 6, the safety assessment also covers the design and the instructions for assembly and installation. Under Article 19, an online offer must clearly state the manufacturer's name and postal and electronic address, information identifying the product with a picture and type, and warnings in a language the buyer understands. Montenegro is not an EU member, but for a chest of drawers ask for the instructions and the wall-fixing kit.

On 27 September 2026 Glatko had one verified furniture assembly provider from Podgorica and three verified single-item transport providers: two from Podgorica and one from Herceg Novi.

We copied prices from JYSK, KIPS, Okov and Ananas on the day we read them, including pre-discount prices where shown; the groups and medians are ours. At KIPS ten chests had no price, and on Ananas we read 381 of 1,902 results and removed bedside tables, TV units and bathroom cabinets. We did not measure stability or drawer load capacity.
