Bedside Tables in Montenegro: Prices at JYSK, KIPS and on Ananas, the Same Forma Ideale Models in Two Shops and What the EU Ecolabel Requires of Furniture (2026)

On 27 September 2026 a bedside table at JYSK costs from €25 for the Korup to €180 for the Ollerup, with a median of €80 across 23 models. At KIPS, Forma Ideale bedside tables cost from €49.99 to €72.39, with a median of €52.55. On Ananas 248 listings cost from €29.40 to €292.46, with a median of €72.35.

What people search for

Google Trends for Montenegro over the last 12 months showed no value for the term nocni ormaric (bedside table) in any week compared with usisivac (vacuum cleaner), so we rely on search suggestions. On 27 September 2026 Google completed nocni ormaric with cungu, crna gora, namos, jysk, podgorica, forma ideale, pepco and ikea. So people look for furniture shops, mostly local and regional ones.

Bedside tables at JYSK

At JYSK the cheapest is the one-drawer Korup at €25, and the Nellemose costs €40. On sale were the Broby, €36 instead of €60, and the oak Hemme, €65 instead of €100. The Tapdrup costs €60, and the Egeby, Jenslev and Nordby €70 each. The two-drawer Limfjorden costs €80, the Hemdrup €85, and the Hokksund and Skave €90 each.

More expensive are the three-drawer Favrbjerg, the two-drawer Odense and the Vedde, at €100 each. The Olsker with a drawer and a shelf costs €120, the Markskel €160, and the two-drawer oak Ollerup €180. Of the 23 models at JYSK, 15 have one drawer.

Bedside tables at KIPS

At KIPS the search returned 19 results, 17 of them Forma Ideale bedside tables, and 11 had a price. The two-drawer Dado costs €49.99 and €50.29, the one-drawer Salona €51.50, and the two-drawer Uni €52.55 in three colours. The Varadero costs €62.79, the Arbela €69.15, and the three-drawer Duero from €71.59 to €72.39.

Bedside tables on Ananas

On Ananas 247 of the 248 listings were marked as on sale. ANANAS SHOP sells 208, almost all of the Hanah Home brand, followed by RAMOND with 19, Decorotika with seven, Aurora Mobili with six, and GROUP TRADE and Čilek with three each. The cheapest is the 25x60x27 cm Hanah Home Elos at €29.40, left or right, and the Carter nightstand costs €30.90. The Hanah Home Milano costs €202.20, the Ada €227.60, and the Daisy with a chest of drawers €242.30.

RAMOND sells Forma Ideale, Marron and Serdica bedside tables from €50.63 to €96.03, and nightstands Rim at €168.49, Leon at €256.66 and Marbela at €292.46. The Čilek Romantica costs €191.10, and the SIMPO Alberta €97.47. The Decorotika Alice costs €39, and the Aurora Naïve €55. At Okov the first page of the search returned mostly bathroom cabinets out of 78 products in total, and the only nightstand was the two-drawer Bizzotto Ordinary at €55.90.

Same model, two shops

The same Forma Ideale bedside tables are sold at KIPS and by the seller RAMOND on Ananas. The two-drawer Uni costs €52.55 at KIPS and €50.63 on Ananas, so Ananas is €1.92 cheaper. The Varadero costs €62.79 at KIPS and €58.49 on Ananas, a difference of €4.30. The Dado is cheaper at KIPS, €50.29 against €50.63. The Kent from the same range had no price at KIPS, and RAMOND sells it for €53.25.

Price and calculation

By our calculation, the median at JYSK is €7.65 higher than on Ananas and €27.45 higher than at KIPS. A pair of median bedside tables costs €160 at JYSK, €144.70 on Ananas and €105.10 at KIPS. What the EU Ecolabel requires of furniture

Commission Decision (EU) 2016/1332 sets the criteria for the EU Ecolabel for furniture. A wood-based panel is class E1 if, after 28 days in a test chamber, it releases at most 0.1 ppm of formaldehyde, or 0.124 mg per cubic metre of air. For the Ecolabel, emissions must be below 50 % of the E1 limit, and below 65 % for MDF. The manufacturer must give a guarantee of at least five years at no extra cost and spare parts for at least five years from delivery. The Ecolabel is voluntary, so most bedside tables do not have it, but you can ask about class E1.

On Glatko

On 27 September 2026 Glatko had one verified furniture assembly provider from Podgorica and eight verified electrical providers: six from Podgorica and two from Budva.

What to check before buying

1. The height: the top roughly level with the mattress.
2. Width and depth to fit the space next to the bed.
3. The number of drawers and whether the table is left- or right-handed.
4. The emission class of the panel, E1 or better.
5. The price of the same model in several shops.

How we measured and what we did not measure

We copied prices from JYSK, KIPS and Ananas on the day we read them, including pre-discount prices where shown; the groups and medians are ours. At KIPS six bedside tables had no price, so we did not count them. We read Okov only on the first page of the search. We did not measure formaldehyde emissions or load capacity.
