Pressure cookers in Montenegro: stovetop and electric pressure cooker prices at Okov and on Ananas, price per litre and what the EU requires (2026)

On 28 September 2026 a stovetop pressure cooker costs from €44.90 for a 7 l Korkmaz Turbo at Okov to €179.98 for a 7 l Metalac on Ananas, with a median of €93.45 across 25 cookers. An electric pressure cooker costs from €106.25 on Ananas to €299.90 for a Tefal Cook4me at Okov. A litre of capacity in 7 l cookers costs from €6.41 to €25.71.

Pressure cookers at Okov

At Okov the search for ekspres lonac returned 14 stovetop cookers and six electric ones. The cheapest is the 7 l Korkmaz Turbo at €44.90, then the 6 l Tefal Secure 5 Neo at €55.90 instead of €84.90 and the 7 l Bra Active Pro at €69.90. The 7 l Bra eMotion costs €75.90, and the 10 l Bra Active Pro €79.90. The 6 l Tefal Secure Trendy and Trendy Easy Secure cost €85.90 each, the 6 l Korkmaz Vita Plus €85.90, the 5NEO V2 €94, and the 8 l Secure Trendy €99.90.

Sets cost €89.90 for the Tefal Ingenio Emotion instead of €149.90 and for the Pintinox Duetto Facile of 7 l and 4 l instead of €199.90, €125 for the Korkmaz Vita Plus of 6 l and 3 l, and €129.90 for two Tefal Secure Trendy of 6 l and 4 l. The electric Tefal All-in-one, Turbo Cuisine and One Pot cost €149.90 each, the Sencor SPR 4000BK €169.90, and the Tefal Cook4me €299.90. The median of the 14 stovetop cookers is €85.90.

Pressure cookers on Ananas

On Ananas the search for ekspres lonac returned 16 results. The Lamart LTDSD4 costs €85, the Tescoma Magnum €86.90 for 3.5 l and €93.45 for 5 l, Berlinger Haus €95 for 6 l, €120 for 8 l and €130 for 10 l, and the Lamart LTDSD6 €99. Banquet costs €102 for 4 l and €106.25 for 6 l, and the stainless steel Metalac with click closure €161.98 for 4.5 l and €179.98 for 7 l. The median of the 11 stovetop cookers is €102.

The electric First FA-5130-2 costs €106.25, the 5.6 l Temaso T1000-GT €118.15, the 4.8 l Xiaomi €119.90, the 7.6 l Temaso XL T1200-GT €135.01, and the Temaso T2000-GT with an air fryer €199.75. At KIPS the search for ekspres lonac returned no results.

Price per litre

By our calculation a litre of capacity in 7 l cookers costs €6.41 for the Korkmaz Turbo, €9.99 for the Bra Active Pro and €25.71 for the click Metalac, four times more. In 6 l cookers a litre costs €9.32 for the discounted Tefal Secure 5 Neo, €14.32 for the Tefal Secure Trendy and €15.83 for Berlinger Haus.

What the EU requires of a pressure cooker

In Article 4, paragraph 1, point (b), Directive 2014/68/EU on pressure equipment covers all pressure cookers, whatever their capacity. Annex II, table 5, exceptionally requires the design of a pressure cooker to pass a conformity assessment procedure equivalent to at least the category III modules, which involve a notified body. That is why a pressure cooker in the EU carries the CE mark and comes with instructions for use.

Montenegro is not an EU member, but the cookers at Okov and on Ananas are from well-known European and regional brands. When buying, check whether the seal and valve for that model are sold in Montenegro, because a worn seal is a common reason a cooker will not hold pressure.

On Glatko

On 28 September 2026 Glatko had 4 verified providers for kitchen and bathroom (Podgorica) and 2 for home cooking (Budva 1, Herceg Novi 1).

What to check before buying

1. The capacity: 4 to 5 l for two, 6 to 7 l for a family.
2. The base for an induction hob if you have one.
3. A spare seal and valve for that model.
4. The CE mark and instructions in a language you understand.
5. Electric or stovetop: electric has programmes but costs more.

How we measured and what we did not measure

We copied prices from Okov and Ananas on the day we read them, with the pre-discount price where shown; the medians and price per litre are ours. We took the capacity from the name, and removed the basket, rice cookers and ordinary pots. We did not check which models have spare parts on sale, nor did we measure cooking time.
