Shower Mixers and Taps in Montenegro: Prices of 261 Mixers at KIPS for Shower, Basin, Kitchen Sink and Bath, Thermostatic Mixers and Installation (2026)

On 26 September 2026 a shower mixer in Montenegro costs from €41.99 at KIPS, and half of the 16 shower mixers cost up to €99.99. A kitchen sink tap costs from €25.49, with a median of €99.99, and the median for a basin tap is €94.24. Thermostatic mixers start at €188.49 for the Hansgrohe Ecostat. Installing a tap in Podgorica costs €30 to €50. By our calculation, a budget bathroom set, shower and basin mixers with installation, costs €138.98.

What people search for

On 26 September 2026 Google completed tus baterija (shower mixer) with okov, podgorica, crna (black), sa filterom (with a filter), sa usponskim tusem (with a riser shower), za kabinu (for a shower cabin) and the brands rosan and minotti. For cesma za kuhinju (kitchen tap) it offered sa toplom vodom (with hot water), sa tusem (with a pull-out spray), zidna (wall-mounted), iz zida (from the wall), sa tri cijevi (with three pipes) and na struju (electric), and for termostatska baterija (thermostatic mixer) za kadu (for the bath), za tuš (for the shower) and iskustva (reviews). People choose by where it goes and by extras, so we ordered the prices that way.

Prices by type

At KIPS mixers are sold as česme; the search cesma returned 263 products, and together with the other searches we found 261 priced taps from Hansgrohe, Aquagrif, Deante, Marbomil and Herz. We sorted them by use and calculated the median. How we choose and label price sources is explained in how we measure prices.

Examples: the cheapest shower mixers are the Marbomil Ekonomik at €41.99 and the Aquagrif Sky at €42.49, the Aquagrif Sky basin tap costs €36.49, and the Aquagrif Sky kitchen tap €41.99. The black Hansgrohe Zesis S shower mixer costs €165.99, and the black freestanding Aquagrif Minimalista bath tap €439.99.

Shower sets and concealed mixers

• Shower set with rail and hand shower: from €11.99 for a three-piece Neo to €199.99 for a concealed Deante Anemon at KIPS; the median of 27 sets is €66.99.
• Rosan Stolz concealed mixer with a 250 x 250 mm ceiling shower and hand shower: €144 at Okov.
• Rosan Stolz hand shower with three functions: €12.99 at Okov.
• Marbomil garden tap: €7.99 at KIPS.

Thermostatic mixers

A thermostatic mixer blends hot and cold water to a set temperature by itself. The World Health Organization's fact sheet on legionellosis says Legionella grows in water at 20 to 50 °C, best at 35 °C, and recommends keeping hot water above 50 °C, with water leaving the heater at 60 °C or more. With a thermostatic mixer the water heater can keep the water hot while the shower delivers the temperature you set. The cheapest thermostatic shower mixer, the Hansgrohe Ecostat at €188.49, costs €88.50 more than the median ordinary shower mixer.

What to check before buying

1. Where it goes: shower, bath, basin or sink, and whether the tap is wall-mounted.
2. The spacing of the wall connections for wall-mounted and concealed mixers.
3. A thermostat, if there are children or older people in the house.
4. The shower set, whether it is included or bought separately.
5. Spare parts and service for the brand you choose.

How we measured and what we did not measure

We copied prices from KIPS and Okov on the day we read them, and worked out the types and medians ourselves from the product names. The labour prices are one firm's indicative price list. The two sets are our own calculation. We did not measure water flow or the durability of individual taps, and we did not find taps with filters or electric taps, which Google suggests, in these searches.
