Toilets and Cisterns in Montenegro: Prices of Floor-Standing, Close-Coupled and Wall-Hung Toilets, Concealed Cisterns and Fitting (2026)

In Montenegro toilets are searched for by type and by shop: on 24 September 2026 Google completed wc solja crna gora (toilet Montenegro) with monoblok wc solja crna gora (close-coupled toilet Montenegro), geberit wc solja crna gora (Geberit toilet Montenegro), wc solja cijena crna gora (toilet price Montenegro), ugradna wc solja crna gora (built-in toilet Montenegro), wc solja sa vodokotlicem crna gora (toilet with cistern Montenegro), wc solja sa bide funkcijom crna gora (toilet with bidet function Montenegro) and konzolna wc solja crna gora (wall-hung toilet Montenegro). For wc solja (toilet) it offered okov, kips and podgorica, for vodokotlic (cistern) okov cijena (Okov price) and cijena podgorica (price Podgorica), and for geberit crna gora (Geberit Montenegro) vodokotlic (cistern), monoblok (close-coupled toilet) and ugradni vodokotlic (concealed cistern). In English and Russian there are no searches about fitting a toilet in Montenegro.

This guide gives the prices of toilets, cisterns, flush plates and seats in three shops, the price of fitting from two contractors, two example kits and what to check before buying.

Three types of toilet

A floor-standing toilet stands on the floor and goes with a separate cistern, low or high on the wall. A close-coupled toilet (monoblok) is a floor-standing toilet with the cistern mounted directly on it, so the two form one unit. A wall-hung toilet hangs on the wall, and the cistern is built into the wall or a stud wall, so only the flush plate is visible.

For a floor-standing or close-coupled toilet you choose an outlet into the floor or into the wall, depending on the existing drainage. In model names a floor outlet is also called simplon, and a wall outlet baltik. Gradjevina.org writes that a wall-hung toilet needs a concealed cistern and a slightly larger budget, but makes cleaning easier, and that the decision is made before the water pipework.

Shop prices

Floor-standing toilets cost from €35.40 at Cerovo to €184.90 for an Ideal Standard Tesi with a wall outlet at Okov, and at KIPS from €47.49 to €51.99. Several floor-standing models are sold without a seat. Exposed cisterns at KIPS cost from €25.99 to €41.49, and at Okov from €19.90 to €52.90.

Close-coupled toilets

KIPS had 16 products in its close-coupled category, Okov had close-coupled toilets from €119.90 to €319.90, and Cerovo from €199.90 to €442.30. The cheapest complete close-coupled toilet at KIPS cost €85.99.

With a close-coupled toilet, check what is included in the price. At KIPS, a product named Selnova close-coupled toilet for €78.49 is only the pan for a close-coupled toilet, without the cistern, and several close-coupled toilets were sold without a seat. At Okov the cistern for the Connect close-coupled toilet was sold separately, for €105 and €119. The Ulysse S close-coupled toilet at Okov for €119.90 came with the cistern and seat.

Wall-hung toilets and concealed cisterns

Wall-hung toilets at KIPS cost from €55.99 to €399.99, at Cerovo from €65.90 to €490.80, and the cheapest at Okov was on sale for €49.90. The most expensive at Okov was the Grohe Sensia Arena with an electronic bidet function, for €2,139, which we leave out of the table. For the wall-hung models we checked at KIPS, the seat was not included.

Concealed cisterns:

• KIPS: in-wall frame C201 €83.99 instead of €107.99, and Geberit Delta UP100 with a white flush plate €165.98 instead of €209.99.
• Okov: Grohe Rapid SL from €144.89 to €184.90, Grohe Solido from €184.90 to €199.90.
• Cerovo: Alcaplast Basic with a white flush plate €107.20 and Rapid SL with a white flush plate €194.90.

Cerovo also had a Grohe concealed cistern for a floor-standing toilet, for €40.78. Flush plates are also sold separately: at KIPS from €13.99 to €39.98, at Cerovo €19.50, and Grohe plates at Okov from €35.90 to €109.90.

What fitting costs

Gradjevina.org gives €50 to €100 per piece for fitting a toilet and cistern, and Emanuel Gruppe from Podgorica €60 to €100, including connection to the water supply and drain and sealing. For removing old sanitaryware Emanuel sets the price after an inspection on site. Gradjevina.org also lists location as a price factor, with the coast 15 to 25% more expensive.

If a floor-standing toilet is replaced with a wall-hung one, the concealed cistern changes the pipework and the wall. For the complete water and drainage pipework in a bathroom of up to 5 m², Gradjevina.org gives €800 to €1,500 of labour, without sanitaryware.

Two example kits

At the shop prices and the fitting price lists:

• Close-coupled toilet: Ulysse S from Okov with cistern and seat (€119.90) and fitting at €50 to €100, €169.90 to €219.90 in total.
• Wall-hung toilet: Geberit Delta UP100 with flush plate from KIPS (€165.98), the AVVA 2 wall-hung toilet with seat from Cerovo (€135) and fitting at €50 to €100, €350.98 to €400.98 in total.

The second example does not include building the frame into the wall, cladding or tiles.

What to check before buying

1. Floor or wall outlet and the distance of the outlet from the wall; for the close-coupled toilets we checked at KIPS it was 14.5 to 21.5 cm.
2. What is included: cistern, seat and fixing kit. For the Eurovit close-coupled toilet, Okov lists the fixing kit and seat in the delivery.
3. Removing the old toilet, whose price Emanuel sets after an inspection.
4. Pressure testing before the wall is closed with a concealed cistern; Gradjevina.org gives at least 24 hours.
5. Fiscal receipt: a registered retailer's and contractor's bill goes through the electronic fiscalisation system.

Who does this on Glatko

As of 24 September 2026 Glatko had ten verified plumbers in the renovation plumbing and plumbing categories, most of them in Podgorica, with one or two each in Tivat, Budva and Bar. Among the 25 requests received between 24 April and 28 June 2026 there was none for a toilet. What we did not measure

At Okov we read the products shown on the first page of the categories: 32 of 50 toilets and 31 of 57 seats. None of the sources we looked at published a separate price for building the frame into the wall and cladding it, and we did not measure water consumption.
