Baking Tins and Trays in Montenegro: Prices on Ananas, at Okov and KIPS, the Same Model from Two Sellers and EU Rules for Ceramic Ovenware (2026)

On 27 September 2026 a baking tin or tray on Ananas costs from €4.39 to €82, with a median of €17.66 across 97 listings. At Okov 31 trays from the first page of the search cost from €2.19 to €54.90, with a median of €9.09, and a Pyrex glass dish from €5.49. At KIPS Metalac baking tins cost from €17.49 to €23.49.

What people search for

Google Trends for Montenegro gave no data for the terms tepsija (baking tin) and pleh (baking tray) when we asked on 27 September 2026, so we rely on search suggestions. That day Google completed tepsija with za rernu (for the oven), metalac, paracin, za pecenje (for roasting), za sač (for a sač lid), za picu (for pizza), za tart (for tarts), za prase (for suckling pig) and burek, and pleh za pecenje with metalac, prasica (piglet), maxi, ikea, hleba (bread), pepco, sa resetkom (with a rack), torte (cakes) and paprike (peppers). So people look for tins for pies and sač, large tins for suckling pig and trays with a rack.

Tins and trays on Ananas

On Ananas ovenware is sold mostly by Metalac Market with 29 listings, Rocky Pistolato with 26, Tehno Plus with 20 and ANANAS SHOP with 15. The cheapest are a six-cup muffin tray at €4.39 and a 28.5x17.5 cm tray at €4.95. Rocky Pistolato non-stick trays cost from €4.99 to €9.49, and stainless steel trays from €12.49 for 25 cm to €22.99 for 40 cm.

Metalac tins cost from €17.66 for a 28 cm tin to €53.99 for a black 38 cm tin, with a median of €23.39. The granite-coated aluminium Metalac tin costs from €18.89 for 30 cm to €25.19 for 36 cm. Lamart tins cost from €5.99 for the LT3077 to €23.99 for the 18 cm LT1117, and the LT1156 tin with a lid from €39.50. Sets cost from €25.50 for a three-piece KingHoff to €70 for the EMO Višnja, and the most expensive is a 28 cm Zepter cake tin at €82.

Same model, two sellers

The same Lamart models are sold by ANANAS SHOP and Tehno Plus at different prices. The LT1156 tin with a lid costs €39.50 from ANANAS SHOP and €55.25 from Tehno Plus, a difference of €15.75. The LT9205 tin costs €10.97 from Tehno Plus and €12.99 from ANANAS SHOP, and the LT3077 €5.99 against €7.50. The black 38 cm Metalac tin costs €47.60 from Tehno Plus and €53.99 from Metalac Market.

Tins and trays at Okov and KIPS

At Okov the tray search returned 130 products, and there were 31 trays on the first page. A 29 cm pizza tray was €2.19 instead of €3.49, and the Pyrex Optimum glass dish costs €5.49 for 28x17 cm, €6.49 for 31x20 cm and €7.99 for 35x23 cm. The 35x25 cm Tognana Italika was €22.90 instead of €29.90, and a 53x32.5 cm Bonna GN1/1 tray costs €54.90. Among 13 tins, the 34x24 cm Pyrex Glide was €6.99 instead of €9.99, and the 28 cm Moneta Etnea costs €23.49.

At KIPS there were three Metalac tins, from €17.49 for the 26 cm Vilin konjic to €23.49 for the classic blue 38 cm tin, and two trays: a steel one at €3.49 and a 29x17 cm Luminarc glass one at €11.49. The same classic blue 38 cm Metalac tin costs €19.79 on Ananas, €3.70 cheaper than at KIPS.

Price and calculation

By our calculation, a Metalac tin at the median costs €9.40 more than a Lamart ovenware item. A tray at Okov is €8.57 cheaper at the median than an ovenware item on Ananas, because Okov has many cheap pizza trays and glass dishes. What the EU requires of ceramic ovenware

Directive 84/500/EEC limits how much lead and cadmium may pass from ceramics into food. For cooking ware and vessels of more than three litres the limit is 1.5 mg of lead and 0.1 mg of cadmium per litre, and for flat articles up to 25 mm deep 0.8 mg of lead and 0.07 mg of cadmium per square decimetre. Under Article 2a, ceramics sold at retail must come with a written declaration of compliance. If you buy a ceramic baking dish, ask for that declaration.

On Glatko

On 27 September 2026 Glatko had eight verified electrical providers, six from Podgorica and two from Budva, and three verified deep cleaning providers: two from Budva and one from Podgorica.

What to check before buying

1. The size to fit the oven and the rack.
2. The depth: a shallow tray for cakes, a deep tin for meat and pies.
3. The material: enamel, aluminium, stainless steel, glass or ceramic.
4. A lid if you roast meat or a suckling pig.
5. The price of the same model from several sellers.

How we measured and what we did not measure

We copied prices from Ananas, Okov and KIPS on the day we read them, including pre-discount prices where shown; the groups and medians are ours. We merged the Ananas searches for tins and trays and removed duplicates, cookers, ovens, toasters, a sač without a tin and cake boxes. At Okov we read the trays only on the first page of the search. We did not measure the migration of substances into food.
